Now, I am not one to get all wrapped up in Christmas before Thanksgiving, but since Starbucks already has most of their Holiday drinks available, I thought I might as well...

Here's one of my Favorites for this upcoming Holiday Season

Christmas in a Cup

• Start with a Cinnamon Dolce Latte
• Add white mocha syrup (1.5 pumps tall, 2 pumps grande, 2.5 pumps venti)
• Add peppermint syrup (1/2 pump tall, 1 pump grande, 1.5 pumps venti)
• Optional: Top with chocolate whipped cream instead of regular if you like it extra chocolatey!

Not only can you eat Lucky Charms for breakfast, but now you can drink that marshmallowy goodness any time!

• Creme Base Frappuccino
• Add white mocha syrup
  (1 pump tall, 1 ½ grande, 2 venti)
• Add marshmallow syrup
  (1 pump tall, 1 ½ grande, 2 venti)

Great Ways to Brighten Up Your Day!

It's a gloomy day out there, we know. Here are some colorful and bright Starbucks' Secret Menu drink ideas to brighten up your week! These are sure to make your Instagram followers jealous :)

1) Sunset Refresher

Here's the recipe:

• Cool Lime Refresher to the first line
• Lemonade to the second line and a few pieces of lime
• Top up with ice and black tea

2) Strawberry Sunset

Here's the recipe!

• Strawberry acai to the first line
• Water to the third line
• Splash of orange mango juice
• Add peach syrup (1 pump tall, 2 grande, 3 venti)
• Fizzed then poured over ice

3) Raspberry Lime

Don't forget to bring the recipe!

• Cool Lime Refresher
• Sub lemonade for water
• Add raspberry syrup (½ pump tall, 1 grande and venti)
• Optional: Add crème base and blend (Be sure to remove lime wheels!)

Starbucks' Secret Menu has a lot to offer, but it can get pretty overwhelming- I know. If you're obsessed with chocolate as much as me, here are the 10 best secret menu frapps for you!

I don't know about you, but one of my favorite things to do in the fall is sit by a bonfire and roast s'mores! You can't go wrong, that's for sure. Luckily for us, we don't have to wait for those chilly nights, we can go to the local Starbucks and order a S'mores Hot Chocolate and it will do the job. 

Trust us on this one :)

Spice Up Your Life

You guys are going to FALL IN LOVE with this amazing fall-themed drink. I just now discovered it because of the Starbucks' Secret Menu.

The Spiced Apple Pie:

• ½ Hot Passion Tango Tea
• ½ Steamed apple juice
• Add cinnamon dolce syrup (3 pumps tall, 4 grande, 5 venti)
• Top with whipped cream, graham cracker and cinnamon dolce sprinkles

Yes, this is true!! Of course, Illinois State has yet to participate, but the three schools who have are Arizona State University, James Madison University in Virginia and Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina, which is where this video was taken.

I heard a rumor that Starbucks serves alcohol in one of their locations near my hometown. I thought the same thing: wait...WHAT?!

Turns out...some Starbucks locations have started a new menu for evenings in 2010, but most consumers still don't know about it! You're welcome :) 

They still sell all of their famous drinks and foods, but now with a twist: wine and craft beer.

Well folks, fall is finally here! Chilly weather, colorful trees, and of course PUMPKIN everything. So this week we had to try something with pumpkin in it. Well let me tell you, the Vanilla Pumpkin Nut Latte is where it's at!

If you love the Pumpkin Spice Latte, you'll love this drink. I personally think it tastes better... I love pumpkin spice, but after you have it mixed with toffee nut and vanilla it's SO MUCH BETTER! Try it hot for any chilly fall day!

3 Things to Know Before You Go

1. Be sure to have the recipe of the Secret Beverage with you, don't just say the name of the drink.

Why?

• Because most Barista's don't know all the recipes by heart.
• Just to be safe, you want to order the right thing, right?? 

 2. Order something you'll enjoy! 

Why?

• You'll waste your money if you don't like any of the ingredients in the drink.
• There are so many options, there has to be something that makes your mouth water, even if we haven't posted about it. 

3. Be prepared for extra costs!

Why?

• Some of the recipes call for things that may be a tad expensive, therefore Starbucks will add any additional costs to your order.
• Bananas are great example! 
• However, if you pay with a Starbucks Card or Starbucks Mobile App and pay higher prices, you'll earn more stars towards your free rewards!

We all love Starbucks, that's obvious. There's nothing more refreshing and relaxing than your favorite drink from Starbucks. 

However, this cafe has SO much more to offer! They have pastries, salads, yogurt, sandwiches (breakfast and lunch btw), muffins, and even rice crispy treats. 

This is a lot to take in right now...I know. Just take it one step at a time and try one new food item every time you visit this fabulous coffee spot. I promise it will be worth it!

Last taste of Summer

Hi everyone, 

I know fall is approaching, but it doesn't feel like just yet, so we decided to have one last summer refresher. This refresher is made with strawberries and a touch of lime all mixed together with lemonade. 

It's known as the Strawberry Limeade, and let me tell you it's ohhh sooo gooodd! 

I was surprised at much I really enjoyed it. I mean, I love anything with strawberries, but I have never had anything that has this good of a strawberry taste. It's like you're eating a bowl of strawberries, which I don't know about you, but I could eat that all day. You must try this drink any day, any season, any year, it is that DELICIOUS. Trust me.

SAY WHAT, SECRET SIZES?!

As you walk into a Starbucks Café and check out the menu you always see three cup sizes, Tall, Grande, and Venti.  Perfect amounts in each size, right?

Well listen to this, they actually have three SECRET sizes!! You can now order a Trenta or a Short for any of your favorite coffee/tea drinks. 

If you aren’t feeling like a regular size Frappuccino, you can now slurp on a MINI FRAP!  Instead of three great choices, we now have 6, just more thing we have to decide on…

                         Trenta: 31oz Venti: 24oz Grande: 16oz Tall: 12oz Mini: 10oz Short: 8oz
